{"id":5456,"date":"2020-05-08T17:44:51","date_gmt":"2020-05-08T15:44:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/?p=5456"},"modified":"2020-05-08T17:47:48","modified_gmt":"2020-05-08T15:47:48","slug":"com-esquivar-les-recaigudes-de-fumar-despres-del-confinament","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/com-esquivar-les-recaigudes-de-fumar-despres-del-confinament\/","title":{"rendered":"Com esquivar les recaigudes de fumar despr\u00e9s del confinament"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Aquestes setmanes sense poder sortir de casa, ha suposat per a tots un canvi en la nostra rutina di\u00e0ria.<\/p>\n<p>Potser has aprofitat per <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/es-pot-deixar-de-fumar-sense-sortir-de-casa\/\">deixar de fumar <\/a>, fumar menys o per assumir que has de donar el pas i deixar de fumar d&#8217;una vegada.<\/p>\n<p>Per\u00f2 la <strong>tornada a l&#8217;activitat normal pot suposar un augment de les ganes de fumar<\/strong> per que tornem a experimentar tot un seguit de situacions o moments d&#8217;estr\u00e8s que tenim fortament vinculats al tabac.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest article, et vull donar tot un seguit de consells perqu\u00e8 puguis deixar de fumar definitivament.<\/p>\n<p>Els<strong> consells<\/strong> t\u2019aniran b\u00e9, tant si has deixat de fumar durant el confinament o si prefereixes donar el pas quan tornis a la rutina anterior.<\/p>\n<p><!--more seguir llegint --><\/p>\n<p>Com pots veure, en molts articles anteriors com per exemple, el de\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/vull-deixar-de-fumar\/\">vull deixar de fumar<\/a>, \u00a0el primer que et recomano \u00e9s que abans de tornar a la normalitat, o nova normalitat, facis un <strong>rep\u00e0s<\/strong> de totes <strong>aquelles situacions<\/strong> que et feien fumar fora de casa (a l&#8217;entrada i sortida de la teva jornada laboral, esperant l&#8217;autob\u00fas, amb els amics al bar, &#8230;).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Un cop escrites totes aquelles rutines que tens relacionades amb fumar, analitza quines d&#8217;aquestes pots deixar de fer durant unes setmanes, aix\u00ed evitar\u00e0s al m\u00e0xim les ganes de encendre&#8217;t una cigarreta (per exemple: <strong>sortir amb els companys al carrer en els descansos de la feina<\/strong>), o els que has de realitzar obligat\u00f2riament (per exemple: conduir fins a la feina).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>En les primeres rutines, les que puguis evitar<\/em><\/strong>, t&#8217;aconsello que <strong>no les facis fins passat uns dos o tres mesos<\/strong> i tinguis controlada la necessitat de fumar. Quan tornis a incorporar aquestes activitats \/ situacions \u00e9s molt possible que et tornin a venir el record de fumar, per\u00f2 no et preocupis, ser\u00e0 una necessitat i unes ganes d&#8217;encendre el cigarret molt m\u00e9s lleus que les que experimentes durant els primers dies sense fumar.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pel que fa a aquelles situacions de la vida di\u00e0ria<\/strong> <strong>que t\u2019inciten a fumar<\/strong><\/em>, per\u00f2 qu\u00e8 no pots deixar de fer de cap manera, el que t&#8217;aconsello \u00e9s que intentis fer-les de manera diferent o <strong>les facis amb algun tipus de distracci\u00f3<\/strong> afegida.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A continuaci\u00f3, et dono una s\u00e8rie d&#8217;idees en diferents activitats del dia.<\/span><\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Sortint \/ entrant de la feina o del domicili:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>No t&#8217;aturis a parlar amb ning\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>Distreu-te: Escolta m\u00fasica, truca o whatsapeja amb alg\u00fa mentre vas caminat, llegeix.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. De cam\u00ed a la feina o similar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si \u00e9s possible, canvia de transport en qu\u00e8 et desplaces per arribar al teu treball. Si per exemple vas en cotxe,\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0prova el tren, metro, autob\u00fas, bicicleta, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Esperant l&#8217;autob\u00fas\/tren\/metro\/tramvia:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Surt una mica abans i en comptes d\u2019anar a la parada de sempre camina fins a la seg\u00fcent i agafa\u2019l all\u00e0<\/p>\n<p>Distreu-te: Escolta m\u00fasica, parla, crida o whatsapeja amb alg\u00fa mentre esperar, llegeix, &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>4. Al cotxe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Neteja a fons l&#8217;interior de l&#8217;cotxe i posa ambientador perqu\u00e8 no faci olor de tabac.<\/p>\n<p>No portis tabac ni sobre ni a la guantera<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a05. Descansos de la feina:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>No vagis on va la gent a fumar. Queda&#8217;t al menjador o qualsevol altre lloc on no estigui perm\u00e8s fumar<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a06. De copes amb els amics:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Demana als teus amics de no estar a la terrassa, si no a l&#8217;interior del local. Si alg\u00fa surt a fumar, no els\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 acompanyis. Si vas de sopar d&#8217;empresa, en aquest article &#8221; <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/consells-per-evitar-fumar-a-nadal\/\">Evitar fumar als \u00e0pats del nadal<\/a> &#8221; tens m\u00e9s consells.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">A m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s d&#8217;aquests canvis.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>A part d&#8217;aquests canvis, \u00e9s molt possible que tinguis ganes de fumar en algun que altre moment.
