{"id":5262,"date":"2020-02-25T12:18:24","date_gmt":"2020-02-25T10:18:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/?p=5262"},"modified":"2020-02-25T12:29:57","modified_gmt":"2020-02-25T10:29:57","slug":"tinc-diabetis-gestacional-que-puc-menjar","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/tinc-diabetis-gestacional-que-puc-menjar\/","title":{"rendered":"Tinc diabetis gestacional, qu\u00e8 puc menjar?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article parlarem de qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la diabetis gestacional, de com ens pot afectar a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3, i quins aliments s\u00f3n els m\u00e9s aconsellables.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la diabetis gestacional?<\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 d&#8217;un alt nivell de<a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/quantitat-de-sucre-dieta-saludable\/\"> sucre<\/a> en sang per primera vegada, en una dona embarassada. Al voltant de la setmana 24 &#8211; 28 d&#8217;l&#8217;embar\u00e0s, \u00e9s quan es realitza la &#8220;prova del sucre&#8221; o test d&#8217;Osullivan. El resultat de la prova ens dir\u00e0 si tenim una gluc\u00e8mia alta o no.<br \/>\nSi ens d\u00f3na positiu, es realitzar\u00e0 una altra prova anomenada Test de toler\u00e0ncia a la glucosa per poder confirmar que hi ha una diabetis gestacional.<br \/>\nLa diabetis gestacional\u00a0 pot ocasionar problemes tant a tu com al teu beb\u00e8. Aquesta, es pot controlar mitjan\u00e7ant una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, fent exercici adaptat a l&#8217;embar\u00e0s com ara pilates, nataci\u00f3 etc &#8230; o simplement caminar 30 &#8211; 45 minuts a el dia. I fent-te els controls de gluc\u00e8mia que t&#8217;haur\u00e0 dit el Endocr\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><!--more continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Com ens afecta a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Haurem de vigilar els <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/hidrats-de-carboni\/\">hidrats<\/a> de<strong> carboni simples<\/strong>, ja que aquests ens elevaran el sucre en sang m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid del normal.<br \/>\nAqu\u00ed podem trobar:<br \/>\n&#8211; Mel, caramels, sucre, sucs de fruites envasats i tamb\u00e9 els naturals, brioixeria, pastisseria, xocolata, melmelades, refrescos, fruites dessecades (figues, orellanes, panses, etc ..)<\/p>\n<p><em>Tamb\u00e9 haur\u00edem de vigilar amb la quantitat de llet i fruita que es consumeix a el dia. Ja que en exc\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 pot elevar la gluc\u00e8mia, pel fet que cont\u00e9 els seus sucres naturals com la lactosa a la llet i la fructosa a la fruita.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Si ens fixem en els <strong>hidrats de<\/strong> <strong>carboni complexos<\/strong> com:<br \/>\n&#8211; pa, pasta, patata, arr\u00f2s, bulgur, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/quinoa-superaliment\/\">quinoa<\/a><br \/>\n&#8211; Llenties, cigrons, p\u00e8sols, soja, mongetes, faves<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;han de menjar en la quantitat correcta, saludable i adaptada a cada embarassada.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Aliments que aconsellem per a la diabetis gestacional<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>1) Es poden menjar els hidrats de carboni complexos esmentats anteriorment per\u00f2 en la seva versi\u00f3 integral per als cereals. Sobretot mirar que siguin integrals, no us deixeu enganyar per un pa que li hagin espolvorejat seg\u00f3 de blat per sobre &#8230;. <strong>mireu les etiquetes!<\/strong> El primer ingredient que hi hagi a la llista ser\u00e0 el que estar\u00e0 en major concentraci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Per exemple<\/strong>, [actt mask=&#8221;El pa integral ha de posar com a primer ingredient farina de blat integral. (Vigilant menjar amb moderaci\u00f3, les que tenen m\u00e9s sucre com la ceba, pastanaga i carbassa).<br \/>\n3) Com a m\u00e0xim dos o tres fruites a el dia i prioritzant les m\u00e9s \u00e0cides (mandarines, taronja, maduixes, kiwi, etc ..)<br \/>\n4) Consumir prote\u00efnes com les carns magres, ous, peix blanc, blau i el marisc.<br \/>\n5) Greixos com <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/lalvocat-i-la-alimentacio-saludable\/\">l&#8217;alvocat<\/a>, llavors, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/oli-doliva-en-dieta\/\">oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/a> i fruita seca.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">La import\u00e0ncia d&#8217;anar a un \/ a Dietista<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Per aconseguir tenir una <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/importancia-dieta-personalitzada\/\">dieta personalitzada<\/a> i adaptada a la teva diabetis gestacional, \u00e9s important que vagis a un <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/anar-a-un-nutricionista\/\">Dietista &#8211; Nutricionista<\/a>.
