Aix\u00f2 ja ho haur\u00edem de controlar des de la nostra inf\u00e0ncia.<\/p>\n<p>un exc\u00e9s de pes comporta problemes metab\u00f2lics i funcionals que poden provocar malalties com (s\u00edndrome metab\u00f2lic, fetge gras, colesterol, triglic\u00e8rids, dificultat respirat\u00f2ria, dolors musculars i articulars, etc ..). \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que haur\u00edem de controlar el pes, ja que tamb\u00e9 ens pot suposar grans limitacions en la realitzaci\u00f3 de les tasques di\u00e0ries.<\/p>\n<p><!--more seguir llegint --><\/p>\n<p>Quan ingerim m\u00e9s kcalor\u00edas de les que gastem, el nostre cos les emmagatzema en forma de greix per poder utilitzar-lo en un altre moment. En canvi, quan consumim menys del que necessitem \u00e9s quan ens aprimem.<\/p>\n<p>El greix s&#8217;emmagatzema en unes c\u00e8l\u00b7lules especials anomenades <strong>adip\u00f2cits<\/strong>. I si no pot ser, hi ha molts restaurants en qu\u00e8 pots demanar una amanida i un segon plat. (<em><strong>L&#8217;amanida millor que no te la amaneixin, moltes vegades afegeixen vinagretes de mel o cremes bals\u00e0miques que estan plenes de sucre &#8230;<\/strong><\/em>) demana-la sense amanir i que et portin l&#8217;oli i vinagre a part.<\/p>\n<p>I pel que fa a la guarnici\u00f3 de el segon plat, millor demana que et canvi\u00efn les patates fregides per un tom\u00e0quet obert o verdures o amanida. Per les postres, el millor \u00e9s la fruita natural o un iogurt natural sense afegir sucre. I si no et ve de gust sempre tens l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de beure un caf\u00e8 o un tallat o una infusi\u00f3 sense sucre!<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; La millor opci\u00f3 de beguda sempre \u00e9s l&#8217;aigua, elimina els refrescs, sucs, alcohol, etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Evita saltar-te \u00e0pats per compensar excessos que vulguis fer &#8230; aix\u00f2 no funciona aix\u00ed, has de canviar el xip i posar en pr\u00e0ctica els bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Fes tres \u00e0pats a el dia, afegeix un o dos m\u00e9s a mig mat\u00ed i \/ o un altre a mitja tarda, d&#8217;aquesta manera arribar\u00e0s millor als \u00e0pats principals, evitant aix\u00ed una gana sobtada que et faci menjar qualsevol cosa &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Evita cancel\u00b7lar la visita amb \u00a0Dietista &#8211; Nutricionista, pel fet que t&#8217;hagis saltat la dieta algun dia &#8230; el millor \u00e9s anar igualment, ja que a l&#8217;anar a visitar-te podr\u00e0s explicar i buscar solucions per millorar les teves dificultats vers el compliment de la dieta.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Recorda fer activitat f\u00edsica.
