El nostre organisme consumeix m\u00e9s calories (d&#8217;aqu\u00ed que tinguem m\u00e9s gana), per generar calor i mantenir-nos a una temperatura correcta per suportar el fred.<\/p>\n<p><!--more continuar llegint --><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Dieta saludable per perdre pes a l&#8217;Hivern<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Recorda que per a aprimar en aquesta Estaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;any, s\u2019ha de fer una dieta saludable i comptar amb aquests aliments:<\/p>\n<p>verdures, amanides, fruites, cereals, llegums, carn, ous, peix, formatge, iogurts, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/oli-doliva-en-dieta\/\">oli d&#8217;oliva<\/a>, fruits secs, etc ..<\/p>\n<p>Tingues present que encara que facis la dieta per aprimar tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s molt important que facis activitat f\u00edsica. Ja s\u00e9 que fa fred, que els dies s\u00f3n m\u00e9s curts i et fa mandra &#8230; per\u00f2 pensa que per aprimar a l&#8217;hivern a part de menjar saludablement t&#8217;has de moure. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Pots fer running, encara que faci fred al c\u00f3rrer ja entrar\u00e0s en calor, o si no et ve de gust fes bicicleta a casa (si tens una est\u00e0tica), o no pugis en ascensor, fes-ho a peu. No hi ha cap excusa per no moure\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Quins aliments s\u00f3n aconsellables i per qu\u00e8?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Si ens fixem en les verdures, la millor opci\u00f3 seria que les fessis en crema o pur\u00e9 i afegeixis formatge ratllat.<\/p>\n<p>Encara que les amanides i les fruites no et vinguin de gust, degut a les baixes temperatures, aquestes s\u00f3n molt riques en vitamina C. Et recomano que les posis com a guarnici\u00f3 en els segons plats o tamb\u00e9 podries posar-te un tom\u00e0quet obert.<\/p>\n<p>I la fruita posa-la per postres o a mig mat\u00ed o a mitja tarda.<\/p>\n<p>Et pots fer sopes complertes, on hi hagi verdures i afegeixes llegums o cereals integrals (aquests et saciaran m\u00e9s i no notar\u00e0s la gana tan r\u00e0pid). Tamb\u00e9 li pots afegir trossos de pollastre o peix o si no et ve de gust prote\u00efna animal, tens l&#8217;opci\u00f3 de comptar amb <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/proteines-a-la-dieta\/\">prote\u00efna<\/a> d&#8217;origen vegetal com el tofu, tempeh, seitan o simplement fer la barreja de cereal i llegum (aix\u00ed obtindr\u00e0s la prote\u00efna complerta) .<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 un paper molt important la vitamina D, sense aquesta no podem fixar el calci en els nostres ossos. Per aix\u00f2, has d\u2019ingerir aliments rics en aquesta que es troba en el salm\u00f3, sardines, rovell de l&#8217;ou. La llet i iogurts que siguin sencers, ja que si s\u00f3n desnatats ja no tenen aquesta vitamina.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas de les llets desnatades moltes ja van enriquides amb la vitamina D, per\u00f2 els iogurts no tots la porten. Fixa&#8217;t tamb\u00e9 que les begudes vegetals com la soja, civada, ametlles, etc .. que tamb\u00e9 estiguin enriquides amb la vitamina D i el calci.<\/p>\n<p>I recorda que a l\u2019hivern nom\u00e9s que caminis uns 15 minuts pel sol ja es una altra manera \u00a0d\u2019obtenir la vitamina D.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>Quins aliments cal evitar i per qu\u00e8?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Elimina els aliments ensucrats com com els dol\u00e7os, pastisseria, galetes etc ..<\/p>\n<p>Els embotits greixosos com fuet, xori\u00e7o, el pat\u00e9 etc ..<\/p>\n<p>De moment no mengis tot el que siguin carns amb un al contingut en greix com el xai.<\/p>\n<p>No mengis cereals de farina refinada, tria millor els integrals (aquests et saciaran molt m\u00e9s pel seu alt contingut en fibra).<\/p>\n<p>I evita les temptacions &#8230;. Ja que amb el fred ens v\u00e9nen de gust begudes calentes o dol\u00e7os com la xocolata calenta. Intenta no conumir-les ja que s\u00f3n altament cal\u00f2riques.<\/p>\n<p>Beu millor infusions, tes, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/cafe-en-lalimentacio-saludable\/\">caf\u00e8<\/a> amb llet i no afegeixis <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/quantitat-de-sucre-dieta-saludable\/\">sucre<\/a>, o si ets a casa tamb\u00e9 et pots beure brous vegetals etc ..<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article m&#8217;agradaria donar-vos uns consells de com podeu aconseguir-ho.
