Ja s\u00e9 que molts\/es penseu que per ser negre podeu menjar-me m\u00e9s quantitat i no us engreixareu tan r\u00e0pid &#8230;. Per\u00f2 recordeu, que t\u00e9 moltes calories i molt de greix (mantega de cacau).<\/p>\n<p>Hi ha<strong> diferents tipus de xocolata negra<\/strong> i per tant haurem de veure el % de cacau que porten en la seva composici\u00f3 llegint les etiquetes del producte. \u00c9s <strong>preferible consumir<\/strong> els que <strong>continguin entre un 75 i 99% de cacau<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera la quantitat de sucre que porta l&#8217;aliment est\u00e0 bastant m\u00e9s redu\u00efda. Ho dic perqu\u00e8 tamb\u00e9 hi ha xocolates negres que tenen nom\u00e9s un 45 o 55% de cacau i per tant la resta \u00e9s sucre.<\/p>\n<p><!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 desmuntarem alguns dels molts mites que hi ha sobre la xocolata.<\/p>\n<p>Mites com per exemple:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211;<strong> Antidepressiu<\/strong> \u2192 Cont\u00e9 tript\u00f2fan i feniletilamina per\u00f2 no hi ha evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica que tingui un efecte antidepressiu, a causa d&#8217;aix\u00f2 la Europan Food Safety Autorithy (EFSA) no garanteix que sigui cert.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>No engreixa<\/strong> \u2192 La xocolata t\u00e9 gran quantitat de greix i calories, per tant cal menjar-la amb mesura.
