Les prote\u00efnes estan formades per amino\u00e0cids.\u00a0 El nostre organisme <strong>necessita amino\u00e0cids essencials<\/strong> (aquells que hem d\u2019ingerir a trav\u00e9s de la dieta perqu\u00e8 el nostre organisme no \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de fabricar-los ), per poder formar la seva <strong>pr\u00f2pia prote\u00efna<\/strong> o tamb\u00e9 per poder fer una regeneraci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular o crear hormones etc..<\/p>\n<p>Les Prote\u00efnes les trobem al m\u00f3n animal, vegetal i tamb\u00e9 al nostre cos. A la nostra dieta s\u00f3n molt importants , ja que si no consumim la dosi adequada mobilitzarem la nostra prote\u00efna i aix\u00f2 comportar\u00e0 una <strong>degradaci\u00f3 de la nostre massa muscular<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<p>Les necessitats proteiques no s\u00f3n les mateixes per tothom, dep\u00e8n de l\u2019etapa de la vida en la que est\u00e0s com per exemple els nadons, dones embarassades, lactants, la vellesa, un esportista d\u2019elit etc\u2026<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Aliments rics \u00a0a la dieta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><u>Si ens fixem en les prote\u00efnes s\u00f3n d\u2019origen animal trobem: <\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Carns blanques i vermelles<\/strong> com per exemple ( vedella, porc, xai, conill, pollastre, gall d\u2019indi ..)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Peixos<\/strong> blancs, blaus i marisc com (bacall\u00e0, llu\u00e7, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/beneficis-peix-blau\/\">salm\u00f3<\/a>, tonyina, sardines, pop, calamar, s\u00edpia, musclos\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Ous<\/li>\n<li>Llet i els seus derivats com el formatge i els iogurts<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><u>Si ens fixem en les prote\u00efnes d\u2019origen vegetal trobem:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Llegums ( llenties, mongetes, cigrons, p\u00e8sols, soja, faves )<\/li>\n<li>Dels derivats de la soja podem trobar ( tofu, tempeh, miso, heura, natto\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Seitan que s\u2019elabora a partir del <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/intolerancia-alimentaria\/\">gluten del blat<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Fruits secs i llavors ( ametlles, avellanes, nous, festucs, llavors de lli i de xia..)<\/li>\n<li>Pseudo cereals i cereals ( <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/quinoa-superaliment\/\">quinoa<\/a>, amarant, blat, mill, espelta..)<\/li>\n<li>Altres aliments com c\u00e0nem, l\u2019espirulina, germen de blat, llevat de cervesa..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[actt mask=&#8221;Les prote\u00efnes s\u00f3n les mol\u00e8cules que estan en major proporci\u00f3 al cos hum\u00e0&#8221; tweet=&#8221;Les prote\u00efnes s\u00f3n les mol\u00e8cules que estan en major proporci\u00f3 al cos hum\u00e0&#8221; btn-text=&#8221;Twittejar&#8221; duration=&#8221;&#8221; delay=&#8221;&#8221; font=&#8221;poiret-one&#8221; anim=&#8221;none&#8221; template=&#8221;bbutton&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quina funci\u00f3 tenen en el nostre organisme?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Necess\u00e0ries per la <strong>regeneraci\u00f3 i creixement org\u00e0nic<\/strong> com per exemple ( sang, gl\u00f2buls vermells, plaquetes, etc..)<\/li>\n<li>Fabrica enzims digestius perqu\u00e8 puguem aprofitar els nutrients dels aliments<\/li>\n<li>Necess\u00e0ria per tenir un bon sistema immunitari<\/li>\n<li>Imprescindible pel <strong>bon funcionament cerebral<\/strong> com per exemple els neurotransmissors.<\/li>\n<li>Funci\u00f3 contr\u00e0ctil i de moviment, gr\u00e0cies a les prote\u00efnes podem dur a terme la nostre contracci\u00f3 muscular i poder moure\u2019ns.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Exemples de dietes hiper proteiques<\/h2>\n<h3><em><u>Dieta<\/u><\/em> <em><u>Atkins <\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aquesta fa una reducci\u00f3 dels hidrats de carboni per\u00f2 no tant estricte com la\u00a0\u00a0 Dukan, i qui la promociona diu que els resultats d\u2019aquesta dieta son l\u2019aprimament ja que l\u2019organisme <strong>utilitza les seves reserves<\/strong> de gl\u00facids i despr\u00e9s els l\u00edpids i a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s elimina <strong>l\u2019exc\u00e9s de prote\u00efna<\/strong> que s\u2019ha consumit. El que no diu \u00e9s que un exc\u00e9s de prote\u00efna a la dieta fa treballar molt m\u00e9s del normal al rony\u00f3 i al fetge. I el fet d\u2019ingerir tanta prote\u00efna animal pot causar malaties cardiovasculars.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em><u>Dieta Dukan<\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Aquesta ja us la vaig explicar a l\u2019aricle de les<a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/dietes-miracle\/\"> dietes miracle<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em><u>Dieta de batuts hiperproteics<\/u><\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Seria repetir el que hem estat dient abans, a m\u00e9s aquesta dieta no et permet <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/fer-una-dieta-equilibrada\/\">gaudir de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 equilibrada<\/a> ni gaudir de les textures ni els sabors dels aliments.
