En diversos estudis s&#8217;ha pogut <strong>comprovar els beneficis<\/strong> que podem obtenir d&#8217;aquest.<\/p>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 resulti saludable hem de <strong>prendre-ho amb moderaci\u00f3<\/strong>, l&#8217;Autoritat Europea de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria (EFSA), diu que el seu consum no ha de superar els 400 mg de cafe\u00efna al dia. I si ens fixem en dones embarassades i tamb\u00e9 en mares que donen el pit el l\u00edmit segur \u00e9s de 200mg diaris.<\/p>\n<h2><!--more Continuar llegint--><br \/>\n<strong>Beneficis i inconvenients del consum del caf\u00e8<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3>Beneficis:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Estimula la secreci\u00f3 g\u00e0strica i d&#8217;aquesta manera <strong>afavoreix la digesti\u00f3<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Antidepressiu, la cafe\u00efna ajuda a alliberar dos neurotransmissors com la dopamina i la serotonina, aquests <strong>regulen<\/strong> l&#8217;estat del nostre \u00e0nim.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Estimula<\/strong> el sistema nervi\u00f3s central.
