A m\u00e9s, et saciar\u00e0 molt m\u00e9s que si te la beus.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Que opinem del seu consum<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;aigua <strong>\u00e9s la millor beguda que pots beure<\/strong> i que formi part de <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/alimentacio-saludable\/\">la teva alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/a>. No totes les persones han de beure les mateixes quantitats, aix\u00f2 dependr\u00e0 de m\u00faltiples factors com l&#8217;edat, exercici, malalties, pa\u00eds etc ..<\/p>\n<p>M&#8217;agradaria <strong>desmitificar el mite de que l&#8217;aigua engreixa<\/strong>, aix\u00f2 no \u00e9s veritat, l&#8217;aigua no t\u00e9 calories i a m\u00e9s \u00e9s igual a l&#8217;hora que te la prenguis del dia.
