{"id":4930,"date":"2019-06-25T12:00:11","date_gmt":"2019-06-25T10:00:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/?p=4930"},"modified":"2019-07-29T09:44:02","modified_gmt":"2019-07-29T07:44:02","slug":"quantitat-de-sucre-dieta-saludable","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/quantitat-de-sucre-dieta-saludable\/","title":{"rendered":"L&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sucre en els aliments"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article us <strong>explicar\u00e9 la quantitat de sucre<\/strong> que ens posen en els aliments, quins haur\u00edem d&#8217;evitar i amb quins noms diferents apareixen a les etiquetes.<\/p>\n<p>Hem de tenir en compte que <strong>un exc\u00e9s de sucre<\/strong> a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3<strong> pot repercutir en la nostra salut<\/strong> i que arribem a desenvolupar una obesitat, diabetis tipus 2, c\u00e0ries dental etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Per aquest motiu <strong>hem de llegir els ingredients de les etiquetes<\/strong> dels aliments si volem <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/alimentacio-saludable\/\">tenir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable<\/a>, ja que si ens fixem b\u00e9 veurem que el sucre en molts d&#8217;ells est\u00e0 present.<br \/>\n<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quina \u00e9s la quantitat m\u00e0xima per a una dieta saludable?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;Organitzaci\u00f3 Mundial de la Salut (OMS), <strong>els sucres afegits<\/strong> que serien els que afegeix la ind\u00fastria aliment\u00e0ria o el consumidor a la seva alimentaci\u00f3, han de ser un <strong>10% com a m\u00e0xim de les calories que ingerim al dia<\/strong>. Aix\u00f2 vol dir que una persona adulta que es trobi amb un \u00edndex de massa corporal (IMC) correcte, d&#8217;un 18.5 a 24.9, \u00e9s a dir en un normo pes, pot consumir uns 12 terrons de sucre al dia. Aix\u00f2 \u00e9s el mateix que dir que aquesta persona pot consumir uns 48 &#8211; 50gr al dia.<\/p>\n<p>Actualment, l&#8217;OMS <strong>recomana reduir el consum<\/strong> per sota d&#8217;un <strong>5%<\/strong> de la ingesta total cal\u00f2rica, d&#8217;aquesta manera es produiran beneficis addicionals per a la salut.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3><strong><em><u>A continuaci\u00f3 us poso un exemple com la T\u00f2nica:<\/u><\/em><\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Si llegim els seus ingredients veurem que <strong>t\u00e9 aigua, sucre, xarop de glucosa i fructosa<\/strong>, anh\u00eddrid carb\u00f2nic, \u00e0cid c\u00edtric, aromes naturals, aroma quinina. L&#8217;ordre amb qu\u00e8 es troben \u00e9s el m\u00e9s important! \u00a0la quantitat de producte va de m\u00e9s a menys. Per tant, la t\u00f2nica principalment \u00e9s <strong>aigua amb sucre<\/strong> &#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s ens <strong>hem de mirar la informaci\u00f3 nutricional<\/strong>; aquesta sempre va comptabilitzada per 100ml o 100gr de producte i alguns aliments tamb\u00e9 comptabilitza la mesura de l&#8217;env\u00e0s.<\/p>\n<p>En aquest cas la llauna de T\u00f2nica \u00e9s de <strong>330ml,<\/strong> veiem que t\u00e9 <strong>119 calories<\/strong> per\u00f2 si ens fixem en la qualitat d&#8217;aquestes, el resultat \u00e9s de <strong>27,7gr de sucre<\/strong>. O que podem consumir espor\u00e0dicament.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Pastisseria i brioixeria, cereals d&#8217;esmorzar ja siguin o no integrals, pa de motlle<\/li>\n<li>Caramels, gelats, xocolatines<\/li>\n<li>Sucs de fruites envasats, begudes vegetals<\/li>\n<li>Refrescos, salses o guarniments<\/li>\n<li>Pit de gall dindi o de pernil dol\u00e7<\/li>\n<li>Pizzes congelades<\/li>\n<li>Begudes energ\u00e8tiques<\/li>\n<li>Etc<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Els nostres consells<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Llegeix les etiquetes dels aliments<\/strong> i fixa&#8217;t si apareix el sucre en els seus ingredients. El sucre en els aliments tamb\u00e9 es pot trobar sota aquests noms: xarop de \u00e1gave, panela, sucre moreno o de remolatxa o garrofa, ordi de malt, xarop de coco o de blat de moro, dextrosa, sacarosa, glucosa, fructosa, lactosa, mel, etc &#8230;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Si vols endolcir els aliments<\/strong> utilitza canyella, an\u00eds, vainilla, nou moscada &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>No substitueixis el sucre per edulcorants, ja que aquests endolceixen molt i el teu paladar no s&#8217;acabar\u00e0 de deshabituar-se del dol\u00e7.<\/li>\n<li>Substitueix les begudes ensucrades per te amb llimona, aigua amb gas, aromatitza la teva aigua posant-li la pell de mango, llima i alf\u00e0brega o tamb\u00e9 pots posar la pell de la s\u00edndria, mel\u00f3 i menta.<\/li>\n<li>En el cas dels sucs envasats, encara que et posi &#8220;sense sucres afegits&#8221; o si t\u2019exprimeixes un suc natural, no equival menjar-se una pe\u00e7a de fruita, ja que per fer-te un suc necessites m\u00e9s d&#8217;una fruita, per tant, consumeixes m\u00e9s fructosa (sucre natural present a la fruita), ingereixes menys fibra i et sacies menys.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article us explicar\u00e9 la quantitat de sucre que ens posen en els aliments, quins haur\u00edem d&#8217;evitar i amb quins noms diferents apareixen a les etiquetes.
