Amb el que em costa baixar el meu de pes i aquest \/ a el que vol \u00e9s engreixar &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Doncs resulta, que \u00e9s <strong>m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil del que creieu<\/strong>, ja que solen ser un tipus de persones molt nervioses i amb un <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/metabolismo-y-dieta\/\">metabolisme molt actiu<\/a> i si a m\u00e9s, \u00a0li sumem que fumin encara augmentem la seva p\u00e8rdua de pes ja que <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/efectos-del-tabaco\/#more-4561\">l&#8217;h\u00e0bit tab\u00e0quic<\/a>\u00a0treu la gana i encara <strong>accelera m\u00e9s el metabolisme<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 podem trobar altres situacions en qu\u00e8 es necessiti una dieta per engreixar com pot ser <strong>patir un hipertiro\u00efdisme<\/strong>, alguns tipus de c\u00e0ncer, la desnutrici\u00f3 d&#8217;una persona gran, tenir el VIH, fer massa exercici, tenir un trastorn de conducta alimentari (anor\u00e8xia, bul\u00edmia , etc ..).<br \/>\n<!--more Continuar leyendo--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins aliments estan permesos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Quan ens referim a una dieta per engreixar, volem dir <strong>pujar de pes amb salut<\/strong>. No val menjar pastisseria industrial, precuinats i menjar r\u00e0pid.<\/p>\n<p><u>Els aliments que anirien b\u00e9 s\u00f3n:<\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0Oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Fruita dessecada (orellanes, d\u00e0tils, figues, panses &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Fruits secs (ametlles, avellanes, festucs, anacards, nous ..)<\/li>\n<li>Suc de poma (ja que sumen kcalor\u00edes i no omple tant com altres sucs)<\/li>\n<li>Fruita fresca<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e0ctics i els seus derivats per\u00f2 que no siguin desnatats<\/li>\n<li>Cereals refinats (arr\u00f2s, pa, pasta ..), menjar pa torrat per acompanyar \u00e0pats \u00e9s una bona opci\u00f3 ja que omple menys i es digereix millor.<\/li>\n<li>Melmelades, mel, xocolata<\/li>\n<li>Etc &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[actt mask=&#8221;Pujar de pes pot resultar m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil del que s&#8217;imagina &#8221; tweet=&#8221;Pujar de pes pot resultar m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil del que s&#8217;imagina &#8221; btn-text=&#8221;Twittejar&#8221; duration=&#8221;&#8221; delay=&#8221;&#8221; font=&#8221;poiret-one&#8221; anim=&#8221;none&#8221; template=&#8221;bbutton&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Alguns exemples<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Esmorzar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bol de llet sencera amb cereals tipus Musli\u00a0 i una fruita trossejada<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mig mat\u00ed:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrep\u00e0 de tonyina + un suc de poma<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Dinar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Macarrons a la bolonyesa<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e8pia a la planxa + amanida de pastanaga i tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n<li>Kiwi o pinya natural<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mitja tarda:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un grapat de barreja de fruits secs i fruita dessecada + una infusi\u00f3 digestiva amb mel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Sopar:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Truita de patata i ceba amb pa torrat i tom\u00e0quet<\/li>\n<li>Fruita en alm\u00edvar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Ressop\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Infusi\u00f3 digestiva + dues o tres preses de xocolata i un grapat de fruits secs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Perqu\u00e8 anar a un nutricionista?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si vols aprendre a pujar de pes saludablement, estem aqu\u00ed per ajudar-te, haurem de\u00a0<strong> fer-te una dieta personalitzada<\/strong> hipercal\u00f2rica i al mateix temps que sigui tamb\u00e9 una <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/fer-una-dieta-equilibrada\/\">dieta equilibrada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Recorda que<strong> per augmentar de pes tamb\u00e9 haur\u00e0s de pujar massa muscular<\/strong>.
