Veurem quins s\u00f3n els peixos blaus, quines \u00a0vitamines tenen, els <strong>beneficis que ens aporta<\/strong> a la nostra salut i com ens ajuden perqu\u00e8 tinguem <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/la-dieta-mediterrania\/\">una bona dieta mediterr\u00e0nia<\/a>.<br \/>\n<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els principals peixos blaus?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Els <strong>peixos blaus<\/strong> s\u00f3n el salm\u00f3, sardines, seitons, anxoves, verat, bon\u00edtol, sorell, tonyina, peix espasa, etc .. S\u00f3n rics en \u00e0cids grassos poliinsaturats com l&#8217;omega 3. El peix blau o greix\u00f3s t\u00e9 al voltant d&#8217;un 5% &#8211; 10% de greix.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 hi ha una classe intermitja, els <strong>peixos semi greixosos<\/strong> (llobarro, orada, truita), que contenen aproximadament un 3% &#8211; 5% i finalment trobar\u00edem els <strong>peixos blancs<\/strong> (llu\u00e7, bacall\u00e0, rap, llenguado, gall, llu\u00e7) que el seu greix est\u00e0 voltant 1% -2%.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quines vitamines tenen?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Estan <strong>compostos per vitamines antioxidants<\/strong> com la E i la A. Prevenint l\u2019osteoporosi o raquitisme en els nens.<\/li>\n<li>Participa en la <strong>coagulaci\u00f3 sangu\u00ednia<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Interv\u00e9 en la transmissi\u00f3 d&#8217;impulsos nerviosos dels m\u00fasculs<\/li>\n<li>Important el seu paper en el sistema immune<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><em>Vitamina B12 o Cianocobalamina<\/em><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ajuda a<\/strong> la formaci\u00f3 de gl\u00f2buls vermells<\/li>\n<li>Preveu la dem\u00e8ncia<\/li>\n<li>Afavoreix el sistema nervi\u00f3s central<\/li>\n<li><strong>Milloren la funci\u00f3 cel\u00b7lular<\/strong> i l&#8217;estat d&#8217;\u00e0nim<\/li>\n<li>Redueix el cansament i la fatiga<\/li>\n<li>Afavoreix a la mem\u00f2ria i la concentraci\u00f3<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Com ens ajuda en la nostra dieta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Els peixos blaus <strong>els haur\u00edem de consumir<\/strong> dues o tres vegades a la setmana.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s preferible consumir els peixos m\u00e9s petits com (sardines, seitons, salm\u00f3, verat) ja que els grans com la tonyina i el peix espasa <strong>poden contenir metalls pesants<\/strong> com el mercuri. A causa d&#8217;aix\u00f2, <strong>es desaconsella el seu consum<\/strong> en dones embarassades i en nens menors de 3 anys. En canvi s&#8217;ha de limitar les quantitats de peix blau nens que tinguin edats de 3 a 12 anys. I per a la resta de la poblaci\u00f3 aquests nivells es consideren acceptables.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f3n una <strong>bona font de prote\u00efnes d&#8217;alt valor biol\u00f2gic<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s com cont\u00e9 m\u00e9s greix ens sacia m\u00e9s que si meng\u00e9ssim un peix blanc. Per aix\u00f2, estaria recomanat <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/perdre-la-panxa\/\">en dietes d&#8217;aprimament<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Si ens fixem en \u00a0la qualitat dels seus greixos, veurem que s\u00f3n poliinsaturats, per tant, c\u00e0rdiosaludables per al nostre organisme. Els greixos omega 3 <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/colesterol-alto-peligros\/\">ajuden a augmentar el colesterol HDL<\/a> (conegut com el bo) i a disminuir el colesterol LDL (conegut com el dolent). Tamb\u00e9 <strong>poden ajudar a reduir els valors de la hipertensi\u00f3 arterial.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els greixos omega 3 al ser antiinflamatoris tamb\u00e9 <strong>es recomanen en persones que tinguin malalties inflamat\u00f2rie<\/strong>s com artirtis reumatoide, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/enfermedad-de-crohn\/\">malaltia de Crohn<\/a>, etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Conclusions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumir peix blau de dues a tres vegades a la setmana<strong> \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s per a la nostra\u00a0 salut<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Recorda que si ets una dona embarassada o est\u00e0s en per\u00edode de lact\u00e0ncia o tens nens menors de 3 anys es desaconsella prendre peix blau de grans dimensions com ara la tonyina i el peix espasa, ja que cont\u00e9 m\u00e9s quantitats de metalls pesants com el mercuri<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajuda a augmentar el colesterol &#8220;bo&#8221;<\/strong>, HDL, i a disminuir el &#8220;dolent&#8221;, LDL.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En aquest article parlarem del paper tant important que t\u00e9 el peix blau a la nostra alimentaci\u00f3.
