Durant temps l&#8217;alvocat ha tingut mala fama degut a\u00a0 que \u00e9s molt greix\u00f3s i cal\u00f2ric, per\u00f2 si ens fixem en la seva composici\u00f3 veurem que<strong> els greixos que cont\u00e9 s\u00f3n cardiosaludables<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Propietats de l&#8217;alvocat<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s <strong>molt ric en greixos saludables<\/strong> com s\u00f3n els monoinsaturats (dels quals hi ha major quantitat) i tamb\u00e9 dels poliinsaturats com l\u2019omega3 ( que tamb\u00e9 t\u00e9 bones dosis).<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cont\u00e9 fibra, magnesi, calci, f\u00f2sfor i potassi. Si ens fixem en el potassi ens sorprendr\u00e0 positivament ja que t\u00e9 m\u00e9s quantitat que un pl\u00e0tan!<\/p>\n<p>Si fem refer\u00e8ncia a les seves vitamines veiem que t\u00e9 les del grup B com la B1, B2, B3, B6, B9 (\u00e0cid f\u00f2lic), i les vitamines antioxidants com la A, C i E.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Beneficis de l&#8217;alvocat en el nostre cos<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Els seus greixos saludables poden <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/colesterol-alt-perills\/\">ajudar a disminuir el colesterol<\/a> (LDL).
