El colesterol \u00e9s un tipus de greix (l\u00edpid) que <strong>\u00e9s necessari per al bon funcionament del nostre organisme<\/strong>. La major part del colesterol es crea en el nostre fetge i una petita part prov\u00e9 de la nostra alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Quan els resultats de les nostres anal\u00edtiques sangu\u00ednies presenten nivells alts de colesterol (LDL) &#8221; es anomenat sovint com a colesterol dolent&#8221;. El colesterol <strong>es troba nom\u00e9s en el m\u00f3n animal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, vaig a donar-vos una llista <strong>d&#8217;aliments que s\u00f3n perjudicials<\/strong> si tens el colesterol elevat (LDL).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Aliments perjudicials per el colesterol<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Donut, croissant, pastisseria, xocolata amb llet, crema, flam, magdalenes<\/li>\n<li>Formatge gruy\u00e8re, llet sencera, iogurts naturals (millor si els consumeixes desnatats) o de soja, i tamb\u00e9 eliminar\u00edem la mantega i margarina.<\/li>\n<li>Xai, pat\u00e9, v\u00edsceres,<\/li>\n<li>Gallina, \u00e0nec, gall dindi, pollastre: tenen colesterol per\u00f2 si es cuinen sense la pell perden m\u00e9s de la meitat, llavors seran aptes per consumir.<\/li>\n<li>Llagostins i gambes: nom\u00e9s es concentra al cap.<\/li>\n<li>Embotits tipus fuet, xori\u00e7o, mortadel\u00b7la, sobrassada, botifarra negra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Aliments beneficiosos per el colesterol<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Fibra (present en cereals integrals, en la pell de les fruites, en verdures, en llavors &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Llegums (llenties, cigrons, mongetes, soja, faves)<\/li>\n<li>Fruits secs (nous, ametlles, avellanes, pistatxos)<\/li>\n<li>Peix blau (sardines, salm\u00f3, tonyina, verat, seit\u00f3, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Alvocat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Aclariment amb els ous i el colesterol<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Els ous van tenir molt mala fama en relaci\u00f3 amb el colesterol. Per\u00f2 els darrers estudis cient\u00edfics revelen que <strong>el fet de consumir ous no est\u00e0 relacionat amb un augment del colesterol sanguini<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s cert que els ous contenen colesterol per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 tenes m\u00e9s greixos insaturats (beneficiosos) que saturats. I a m\u00e9s, li hem de sumar que \u00e9s ric en fosfol\u00edpids, aquests interfereixen en l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 del colesterol procedent de l\u2019ou.
