Aquest post va enfocat a persones que no pateixin <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/intolerancia-alimentaria\/\">intoler\u00e0ncia a la lactosa o fructosa<\/a>\u00a0o al sorbitol, celiaquia, c\u00f2lon irritable, restrenyiment cr\u00f2nic etc &#8230; ja que aquestes patologies de per si causen gasos , distensi\u00f3 abdominal etc ..<\/p>\n<p>En el proc\u00e9s de digesti\u00f3 dels aliments <strong>\u00e9s normal la formaci\u00f3 de gasos<\/strong>. El nostre intest\u00ed gros produeix una s\u00e8rie de gasos, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s degut a la fermentaci\u00f3 que produeix la nostra flora intestinal dels <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/hidrats-de-carboni\/\">hidrats de carboni<\/a>\u00a0que no s&#8217;han digerit en el nostre intest\u00ed prim.<\/p>\n<p>Una altra causa de formaci\u00f3 de gasos \u00e9s el fet de menjar o beure molt r\u00e0pid, ja que empassem molt aire i si despr\u00e9s no l\u2019 eliminem \u00e9s quan tenim l&#8217;abdomen inflat i tamb\u00e9 patim dolor.<\/p>\n<p><!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Eliminar gasos intestinals. Dieta i alimentaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Haur\u00edem de tenir uns bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Intentar <strong>menjar a poc a poc sense parla<\/strong>r, mastegant b\u00e9 i assaborint el menjar. D&#8217;aquesta manera evitarem engolir i empassar massa aire.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Evitar les begudes carbonatades i gasose<\/strong>s com els refrescs, aigua amb gas, sif\u00f3, cervesa etc ..<\/li>\n<li>No mastegar xiclet, ja que anem empassant m\u00e9s aire ..<\/li>\n<li>Els edulcorants no s\u00f3n molt bona opci\u00f3 si vols eliminar gasos intestinals, ja que el xilitol, manitol, sorbitol etc, &#8230; afavoreixen els gasos. Aquests edulcorants normalment estan presents en els caramels i xiclets sense sucre.<\/li>\n<li>Haurem de menjar les fruites sense la pell<\/li>\n<li>Consumir <strong>iogurt despr\u00e9s del dinar<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Evitar la fruita de postres, encara que si mengem pinya (que cont\u00e9 Bromelina o la papaia que cont\u00e9 papa\u00efna), aquests dos enzims ens ajudaran a digerir millor els aliments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Vigilar amb els aliments m\u00e9s flatulents<\/strong> com s\u00f3n: tot tipus de cols (coliflor, cols de Brussel\u00b7les, br\u00f2quil, etc), tamb\u00e9 amb els porros, carxofes, cereals integrals (pel seu contingut en fibra), i els llegums (llenties, cigrons , soja, mongetes, faves, p\u00e8sols). <em>Aquests aliments d&#8217;aquest \u00faltim punt s\u00f3n molt saludables, per tant, encara que generin gasos no cal deixar-los de consumir, despr\u00e9s us dir\u00e9 qu\u00e8 fer per menjar-los i que no us sentin malament.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019\u00fas d&#8217;infusions i remeis casolans<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les infusions que van molt b\u00e9 per eliminar gasos s\u00f3n el fonoll i l&#8217;an\u00eds estrellat.<\/p>\n<p>Aquestes les pots prendre entre hores o despr\u00e9s dels \u00e0pats.<\/p>\n<p>[actt mask=&#8221;Intentar menjar a poc a poc sense parlar, mastegant b\u00e9 i assaborint el menjar.
