I la fibra tamb\u00e9 ens ajuda a mantenir uns bons nivells de glucosa i colesterol sanguini.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; <strong>Reducci\u00f3 de l&#8217;estr\u00e8s, cansament, dolor muscular o rampes<\/strong>. Gr\u00e0cies a tenir una alimentaci\u00f3 saludable podem evitar-ho o patir-ho en menor intensitat.
