En aquesta etapa de creixement \u00e9s on <strong>hem d&#8217;ensenyar uns bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera, inculquem aquests nous h\u00e0bits correctes, evitant i prevenint que el nen en un futur pugui patir malalties com el sobrep\u00e8s, obesitat, diabetis etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>A part d&#8217;aix\u00f2, cal remarcar que en la fase de creixement del nen\/a, <strong>l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 repercutir\u00e0 directament<\/strong> en el seu desenvolupament f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual.<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>H\u00e0bits per evitar l&#8217;obesitat infantil<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduir les llaminadures, dol\u00e7os, xocolates etc,, una alternativa saludable podria ser donar un\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 o dos cops setmana pa integral amb xocolata el 70 &#8211; 85% cacau.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Substituir la brioixeria industrial<\/strong> dels berenars o esmorzars, per entrepans saludables com ara el de formatge. O tamb\u00e9 llet amb cereals sense sucres afegits (flocs de blat de moro, arr\u00f2s inflat, musli &#8230;). O menjar un grapat de fruits secs crus o torrats i sense sal + una fruita fresca.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prioritzar l&#8217;aigua per sobre dels refrescos ensucrats o sucs amb sucres afegits<\/strong>. Encara que els sucs fossin espremuts naturals, seria millor menjar la fruita sencera, ja que nom\u00e9s es consumir\u00e0 la fructosa (el sucre de la fruita) d&#8217;una sola pe\u00e7a i obtindr\u00e0 tota la seva fibra i vitamines en major quantitat.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar els fregits i arrebossats com a consum habitual. Si don\u00e9ssim arrebossats, l&#8217;ideal seria fer-los al forn amb poc oli.<\/li>\n<li>Incrementar l&#8217;activitat f\u00edsica i reduir les hores de sedentarisme estant davant de la televisi\u00f3, tablets, ordinadors &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Reduir els menjars processats com pizzes preparades, hamburgueses, embotits &#8230; aix\u00f2 no vol dir que no es pugui menjar una pizza preparada per nosaltres a casa. <strong>\u00c9s molt important que els nens\/es participin de l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 dels plats a la cuina<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>La dieta equilibrada a l&#8217;escola<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>A part d&#8217;aprendre uns bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris a la nostra llar, <strong>\u00e9s molt important que a l&#8217;escola<\/strong> tamb\u00e9 els hi hagi.<\/p>\n<p>[actt mask=&#8221;En la fase de creixement del nen \/ a, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 repercutir\u00e0 directament en el seu desenvolupament f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual&#8221; tweet=&#8221;En la fase de creixement del nen \/ a, l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 repercutir\u00e0 directament en el seu desenvolupament f\u00edsic i intel\u00b7lectual&#8221; btn-text=&#8221;Twittejar&#8221; duration=&#8221;&#8221; delay=&#8221;&#8221; font=&#8221;poiret-one&#8221; anim=&#8221;none&#8221; template=&#8221;bbutton&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Els <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/metodo-dietas\/\">men\u00fas escolars haurien d&#8217;estar realitzats per Dietistes &#8211; Nutricionistes<\/a>. Aquests men\u00fas han d&#8217;estar adaptats a l&#8217;edat i necessitats dels nens\/es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hi ha d&#8217;haver una bona comunicaci\u00f3 entre l&#8217;escola i les fam\u00edlies<\/strong>, ja que \u00e9s on s&#8217;informar\u00e0 si el nen\/a presenta algun inconvenient a l&#8217;hora de dinar. Tamb\u00e9 s&#8217;ha d&#8217;informar dels men\u00fas mensuals que s\u2019oferiran al menjador de l&#8217;escola.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop exposats els men\u00fas <strong>\u00e9s important que la resta d&#8217;\u00e0pats del dia es complementin<\/strong> amb el del col\u00b7legi. D&#8217;aquesta manera, podem incloure els aliments que no s&#8217;han posat al menjador de l&#8217;escola i afavorim a <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/fer-una-dieta-equilibrada\/\">tenir una dieta m\u00e9s equilibrada<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>I finalment, m&#8217;agradaria remarcar que els aliments escollits per als men\u00fas escolars han de ser estacionals, proporcionant <strong>aliments de temporada i afavorint que siguin locals i de proximitat<\/strong>. Aix\u00ed, els aliments s\u00f3n m\u00e9s frescos i mantindran millor les seves propietats. Si els aliments s\u2019han de transportar a llargues dist\u00e0ncies poden augmentar la seva contaminaci\u00f3. L&#8217;objectiu seria propiciar una alimentaci\u00f3 m\u00e9s sostenible i que respecti el medi ambient.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consells per a una alimentaci\u00f3 infantil saludable<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Consumir cereals integrals (pa, pasta, arr\u00f2s, s\u00e8mola ..)<\/li>\n<li>La beguda ha de ser aigua, ja sigui en els \u00e0pats com entre hores.<\/li>\n<li>Potenciar els llegums (tres vegades per setmana), al ser prote\u00efna vegetal les podem posar en forma d&#8217;hamburguesa o de mandonguilles i ja no caldr\u00e0 posar prote\u00efna animal. Els llegums ens ajudaran a rebaixar els greixos saturats de les carns.<\/li>\n<li>Utilitzar l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra.<\/li>\n<li>Consumir fruits secs tant crus com torrats i sense sal (ametlles, avellanes, nous, festucs, ..)<\/li>\n<li>Les postres poden ser iogurts naturals sense sucres afegits o fruita fresca i de temporada.<\/li>\n<li>Els l\u00e0ctics que haurien de consumir serien formatges, llet o iogurt natural sense sucres afegits.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar els derivats lactis comercials com flams, natilles etc &#8230;<\/li>\n<li>Consumir verdures i hortalisses de temporada i utilitzar-les com a primers plats o guarnicions dels segons.<\/li>\n<li>Realitzar activitat f\u00edsica m\u00ednima una hora al dia, ja sigui en bici, jugar a pilota, caminar, nedar, etc &#8230;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Avui m&#8217;agradaria parlar sobre l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 infantil i de la seva import\u00e0ncia.
