Hi ha qui diu que \u00e9s tanta la qualitat dels seus nutrients que poden curar o prevenir certes malalties&#8230; cosa que no est\u00e0 demostrat cient\u00edficament.<\/p>\n<p>Hem de tenir en compte que aquests superaliments o tamb\u00e9 anomenats &#8220;Superfoods&#8221; <strong>per si sols no ens aporten els nutrients necessaris per tenir una bona salut<\/strong>. Seran els nostres bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris, la nostra dieta equilibrada i la nostra activitat f\u00edsica els que ens ajudaran a tenir un estil de vida saludable.<br \/>\n<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins s\u00f3n els principals superaliments?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><strong><u>Cacau:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cont\u00e9 antioxidants com les catequines, ferro, mangan\u00e8s, f\u00f2sfor i molt magnesi, aquest ens prev\u00e9 de rampes musculars, ens <strong>ajuda a tenir una bona contracci\u00f3 dels nostres m\u00fasculs<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s benefici\u00f3s \u00a0per al tr\u00e0nsit intestinal i per al nostre sistema nervi\u00f3s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Oli d&#8217;oliva:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aliment ric en vitamina E, \u00e0cids grassos monoinsaturats i polifenols que ajuden a <strong>reduir el risc de tenir malalties cardiovasculars<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Quinoa:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00c9s un pseudo &#8211; cereal que t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/hidrats-de-carboni\/\">hidrats de carboni d&#8217;absorci\u00f3 lenta<\/a>, d&#8217;aquesta manera els nivells de sucre en sang s\u00f3n m\u00e9s estables, <strong>evitant pics de sucre com ens donarien els cereals refinats<\/strong> (els que no tenen la fibra) i en conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncia tenir una gana sobtada. A m\u00e9s, \u00e9s rica en prote\u00efnes d&#8217;alta qualitat. Aporten una bona font de fibra, ferro, calci i prote\u00efnes vegetals. De totes elles la que m\u00e9s prote\u00efnes t\u00e9 \u00e9s la soja. Per tant, et diria que et surt m\u00e9s a compte menjar-te un tros de salm\u00f3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Llevat de cervesa:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ric en vitamines del grup B, \u00e0cid f\u00f2lic, zenc, el podem utilitzar per enriquir els nostres plats amb m\u00e9s prote\u00efna vegetal.
