S\u00f3n dietes que s\u00f3n perjudicials per la nostra salut i, a m\u00e9s, quan deixes de fer-les,\u00a0 tornes a recuperar el teu pes i uns quants quilets de m\u00e9s, com seria el fam\u00f3s <strong>efecte rebot o yo \u2013 yo <\/strong>.<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com detectar les dietes miracle?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>S\u00f3n dietes <strong>molt restrictives<\/strong>, per tant, completament desequilibrades<\/li>\n<li>Parlen d&#8217;aliments bons i dolents o aliments permesos i prohibits<\/li>\n<li>Acostumen a <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/hidrats-de-carboni\/\">eliminar els hidrats de carboni<\/a> i els greixos (d&#8217;aquesta manera ens donen la falsa creen\u00e7a que els hidrats i que tots els greixos s\u00f3n aliments dolents per baixar de pes, quan a la realitat \u00e9s tot el contrari &#8230;)<\/li>\n<li>Prometen resultats excel\u00b7lents en molt poc temps<\/li>\n<li>S\u00f3n dietes que no hi ha<strong> cap base cient\u00edfica<\/strong> al seu darrera<\/li>\n<li>Poden anar acompanyades o no de pastilles i suplements<\/li>\n<li>Ens donen unes pautes completament err\u00f2nies del que seria una <strong>dieta equilibrada.<\/strong> I d&#8217;aquesta manera juguen amb la nostra salut tant f\u00edsica com psicol\u00f2gicament. Si ens fixem en el mal f\u00edsic que ens poden fer, veurem que si perdem molt pes de cop, el primer que baixem \u00e9s el l\u00edquid corporal i tamb\u00e9 la musculatura. Podem veure\u2019ns prims per\u00f2 aix\u00f2 <strong>no vol dir que sigui una baixada correcte<\/strong>, ja que el que ens interessa perdre \u00e9s el greix. Quan volem perdre pes, \u00a0el que al nostre cos li sobra \u00e9s el greix, no la massa muscular ni el l\u00edquid. Per poder cremar greix corporal, a part de fer una dieta adaptada a les nostres necessitats, hem de tenir una bona musculatura, ja que aix\u00f2 ens ajudar\u00e0 a cremar m\u00e9s i mantenir el nostre <strong>metabolisme <\/strong>actiu. M\u2019agradaria recordar, que l&#8217;exc\u00e9s de sucres naturals presents en els aliments tamb\u00e9 <strong>es converteixen en greixos<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Dukan:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aquesta es basa en<strong> quatre fases<\/strong>, la primera fase \u00e9s on nom\u00e9s es menja prote\u00efna, t\u2019indica 72 aliments rics en prote\u00efnes per aconseguir una gran baixada de pes. La segona fase \u00e9s quan vas alternant els dies de menjar prote\u00efna sola i menjar prote\u00efna amb verdura. La tercera fase, permet la introducci\u00f3 d&#8217;aliments m\u00e9s energ\u00e8tics, per\u00f2 un dia a la setmana tens que tornar a menjar prote\u00efnes sense l\u00edmit per <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/evitar-efecte-rebot\/\">evitar l&#8217;efecte rebot<\/a>. I la quarta fase, \u00e9s on et deixa que puguis fer algun tipus d&#8217;activitat com seria caminar 20 minuts al diaris ( ja que si anteriorment ho fessis segur que no tindries cap tipus d\u2019energia ) i has de seguir mantenint un cop a la setmana menjar prote\u00efna durant tot el dia.<\/p>\n<p>En conclusi\u00f3, <strong>\u00e9s una dieta desequilibrada<\/strong>, on el rony\u00f3 ha de treballar molt\u00edssim per eliminar l&#8217;exc\u00e9s d&#8217;urea que prov\u00e9 de les prote\u00efnes. Podent causar a llarg termini malalties d&#8217;aquest \u00f2rgan. \u00c9s una dieta on es menja \u00a0molt greix saturat i per tant pot pujar el colesterol. El fet de menjar tanta prote\u00efna fa que sigui utilitzada com a energia i no com a reposici\u00f3 de les necessitats del nostre organisme. Aix\u00f2 vol dir, que per molta prote\u00efna que mengis, pots tenir una p\u00e8rdua muscular i tamb\u00e9 de minerals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La del Grup Sanguini<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00c9s una dieta on basa la teva alimentaci\u00f3 segons el teu grup sanguini.
