Aquestes s\u00f3n riques en prote\u00efnes, hidrats de carboni i fibra.<\/p>\n<p>Si fem refer\u00e8ncia a les greixos, el millor \u00e9s l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra i tot el que s\u00f3n fruits secs i les llavors.<\/p>\n<p>La millor beguda \u00e9s l&#8217;aigua, tot el que siguin refrescs, \u00a0deixa\u2019ls per <strong>dies espor\u00e0dics<\/strong> i que siguin sense sucre. El mateix passaria amb els sucs envasats. Et surt m\u00e9s a compte menjar una pe\u00e7a de fruita, ja que et saciar\u00e0 m\u00e9s pel fet de mastegar i consumir tota la seva fibra i vitamines.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Consells per no caure en temptacions<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>&#8211; No et saltis cap \u00e0pat, ja que m\u00e9s tard tindr\u00e0s gana i et menjar\u00e0s el primer que vegis.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Consumeix \u00a0aliments rics en fibra, aquests et saciaran m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Planifica la teva compra i el teu men\u00fa setmanal.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Quan compris no vagis amb l&#8217;est\u00f3mac buit.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Si et ve de gust el dol\u00e7, menja una o dues preses de xocolata negre del 75% o superior.<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; Busca alternatives saludables, si et ve de gust una bossa de patates fregides, el meu consell seria que te les fessis a casa al forn o al microones. Per exemple, utilitza una mandolina per tallar les patates i els hi poses les esp\u00e8cies i poc oli. Una altra opci\u00f3 \u00e9s fer xips de verdures com el carbass\u00f3, la pastanaga, la remolatxa. etc.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>A on buscar ajuda per una dieta equilibrada<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Quan ja fa anys que estem acostumats a uns <strong>h\u00e0bits alimentaris<\/strong> determinats, i els volem canviar \u00a0i realitzar una <strong>dieta m\u00e9s equilibrada<\/strong> ens trobem amb dificultats, dubtes i rutines que ens poden fer dif\u00edcil d&#8217;alimentar-nos de manera sana.
