Es relaciona la Nadal amb <strong>menjar moltes quantitats<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 no t\u00e9 per qu\u00e8 ser necess\u00e0riament aix\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;aquesta manera, evitarem un guany del pes, problemes estomacals com l&#8217;ardor, inflor, empatxos, etc &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Podem gaudir d&#8217;aquestes dates al voltant de la taula amb els nostres familiars <strong>sense fer molts excessos<\/strong>.<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<h2><strong>Com afrontar el dinar de Nadal?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hem de repassar mentalment els bons h\u00e0bits alimentaris i recordar:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Anar al mercat amb l&#8217;est\u00f3mac saciat. D&#8217;aquesta manera evitarem comprar de m\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li>Calcular la<strong> quantitat d&#8217;aliments que necessitarem<\/strong> per als comensals que estaran a casa. Hem d&#8217;evitar en la mesura del possible que ens sobri molt de menjar.
