Els aliments no s\u00f3n una excepci\u00f3 i moltes persones tenen ganes de fumar despr\u00e9s dels \u00e0pats, ja que ha creat una relaci\u00f3 entre el benestar que sentim quan acabem de menjar i la sensaci\u00f3 de plaer que produeix fumar &#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Degut aix\u00f2, el millor que podem fer \u00e9s identificar en quins moments tenim ganes de fumar i intentar <strong>canviar alguna cosa que ens faci desvincular<\/strong> aquesta connexi\u00f3. Un exemple podria ser netejar-se les dents r\u00e0pidament despr\u00e9s de les postres i aix\u00ed eliminar el sabor del menjar. Tamb\u00e9 es podria dinar o sopar en un lloc diferent com per exemple del menjador a la cuina de casa o si en el treball anem a menjar, doncs\u00a0 canviar de restaurant.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quins aliments ens ajuden a deixar de fumar?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Moltes vegades, associat a deixar de fumar es <strong>t\u00e9 una sensaci\u00f3 de gana<\/strong> per substituir el cigarret. Per alleugerir\u00a0 aquesta gana i evitar menjar aliments molt cal\u00f2rics es recomana afegir a la dieta:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cereals integrals i llegums: Al ser de <strong>digesti\u00f3 lenta augmenten<\/strong> l&#8217;efecte saciant.<\/li>\n<li>Un grapat de fruits secs<\/li>\n<li>Iogurt + fruits vermells + seg\u00f3 de blat i quan has acabat de menjar-t\u2019ho beure un got d&#8217;aigua. Degut aix\u00f2, \u00e9s molt convenient augmentar a la dieta tots els aliments rics en aquesta vitamina com els c\u00edtrics, tom\u00e0quets, pebrots, maduixes, fruits vermells, melons, s\u00edndries, br\u00f2coli &#8230;<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQuines begudes poden ajudar-nos a combatre l&#8217;ansietat?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si tenim ansietat per no fumar, a part de practicar t\u00e8cniques i exercicis de relaxaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ens pot ajudar, prendre infusions com la til\u00b7la, valeriana, Maria Llu\u00efsa, camamilla i s\u00e0lvia.<\/p>\n<p>Per contra, algunes begudes poden augmentar l&#8217;angoixa i les rutines relacionades amb el fum, molts fumadors tenen una gran necessitat de fumar quan consumeixen caf\u00e8 o alcohol, \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que durant un parell de mesos, es recomana substituir-los per altres l\u00edquids com les infusions o els sucs sense sucres afegits.<\/p>\n<p>Les begudes a m\u00e9s de <strong>calmar l&#8217;ansietat<\/strong>, tamb\u00e9 ens ofereixen altres beneficis com per exemple, l&#8217;aigua facilita l&#8217;eliminaci\u00f3 de toxines, una bona hidrataci\u00f3 i combatre l\u2019estrenyiment.
