Aquests macronutrients s\u00f3n <strong>necessaris<\/strong> per al bon funcionament del nostre organisme durant tot el dia. Per tant, no tenim que prescindir d&#8217;ells.<!--more Continuar llegint--><\/p>\n<p>Quan els ingerim i els digerim, aquests es van dividint fins a <strong>transformar-se en glucosa<\/strong>. La glucosa \u00e9s <strong>l&#8217;energia<\/strong> que utilitzen les nostres c\u00e8l\u00b7lules.<\/p>\n<p>[actt mask=&#8221;Els hidrats de carboni s\u00f3n la font d&#8217;energia que ens arriba a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3&#8221; tweet=&#8221;Els hidrats de carboni s\u00f3n la font d&#8217;energia que ens arriba a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3&#8221; btn-text=&#8221;Twittejar&#8221; duration=&#8221;&#8221; delay=&#8221;&#8221; font=&#8221;poiret-one&#8221; anim=&#8221;none&#8221; template=&#8221;bbutton&#8221;]<\/p>\n<p>Dins dels hidrats de carboni ens trobem que n\u2019hi na dues classes.<\/p>\n<p>Els simples, aquests s\u2019absorbeixen immediatament i ens donen energia amb <strong>m\u00e9s rapidesa<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>I els complexos, que s&#8217;absorbeixen m\u00e9s lentament i ens donen una energia que dura m\u00e9s temps ja que contenen mid\u00f3 i fibra o un dels dos components.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u00bfQuins aliments contenen hidrats de carboni?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Alguns exemples d&#8217;hidrats de carboni simples els trobem a:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fruita, algunes verdures i mel (fructosa) la qual est\u00e0 present de <strong>forma natural<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Llet i derivats lactis (Lactosa) tamb\u00e9 es troben de forma natural.<\/li>\n<li>Sucre de taula i derivats com les llaminadures, caramels, melmelades (Sacarosa)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>I si ara ens fixem en els hidrats de carboni complexos trobem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cereals refinats i tamb\u00e9 els integrals com el pa, pasta, arr\u00f2s, quinoa, bulgur.<\/li>\n<li>Llegums com llenties, cigrons, p\u00e8sols, mongetes, faves, soja<\/li>\n<li>Patates i moniatos<\/li>\n<li>Fruits secs, llavors.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>Hidrats de carboni a la dieta<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Els hidrats de carboni\u00a0 <strong>han d\u2019estar presents<\/strong> a la nostra dieta amb un 55% -60%<\/p>\n<p>La quantitat variar\u00e0 en funci\u00f3 de l&#8217;activitat que es realitza, l&#8217;edat, el sexe, el pes, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Sempre s\u2019haur\u00e0 de prioritzar els carbohidrats complexos. Ja que ens <strong>augmentaran la sacietat<\/strong> i ens mantindran el sucre regulat en sang. D&#8217;aquesta manera evitarem tenir pics de gana.<\/p>\n<p>Com ja he comentat abans, s\u00f3n els que ens donen energia durant \u00a0tot el dia, per\u00f2 si els consumim en exc\u00e9s es transformen i <strong>s\u2019emmagatzemen en forma de greix<\/strong> en el nostre organisme.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Quan cal menjar els hidrats de carboni i quan no?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Si\u00a0realitzarem <a href=\"https:\/\/nutricionistasbarcelona.es\/ca\/fer-una-dieta-equilibrada\/\">una dieta equilibrada<\/a>, podem consumir-los a l\u2019esmorzar, dinar i a l\u2019hora de sopar.<\/p>\n<p>I si estem fent una dieta d\u2019aprimament, haurem de <strong>reduir<\/strong> la seva ingesta.
