Ara que estem a la Tardor hem d\u2019aprofitar els aliments de temporada que tenim. Dins d\u2019una dieta equilibrada o \u00a0una d\u2019aprimament estarien perfectament indicades les castanyes i els moniatos.<\/p>\n<p>Si ens fixem en les <strong>castanyes s\u00f3n riques en hidrats de carboni d\u2019absorci\u00f3 lenta<\/strong> i per tant, no produiran pics de sucre en sang.
